Pennygum Country Cottages

We offer four stunning self-catering cottages situated in the glorious Southern Drakensberg, in Underberg.

The Family Cottage sleeps 10 people and is fully self-catering with private gardens, a private entrance, a fireplace, and a barbecue area. The African Dreams self-catering, thatched rondavel sleeps two to four guests in one double room and on one sleeper couch, and enjoys glorious views of the surrounding mountains. The Lavender Cottage is set amongst the apple orchards and sleeps two people, with lovely views.

"We stayed at Pennygum Country Cottages the Long week-end in May 2015. The Hosts Sarah Cooper and her Husband were great....When last were you "Hugged" on arrival?? They also gave us some great idea's for things to do....we now have the great photo's as evidence. The Apple Cottage which we stayed in was great. Will not forget sitting on the Patio sipping a good red wine while looking at the Berg and the stunning scenery in between. The Fireplace was well used, and the heaters in the bathrooms was a great touch! Great venue,Awesome scenery, friendly Hosts and Pet friendly...what more could you want!"
