The guest house is centrally situated on the main street, with safe off-road parking provided. Uniondale offers a few good restaurants offering lunch and dinner. There are also beautiful historical buildings, including the old watermill and Bon Accord Hall adjacent to the guest house, which was the old movie theatre and is a must-see.

"Charlene is a charming and enthusiastic host, room comfortable and well furnished. The attached gallery and coffee shop, housed in the original"Cinema" building, is a must for a browse. We would certainly make this establishment a stop over in future."

"We enjoyed our stay there, The owner was friendly and helpful. The evening meal she recommended was very good but expensive. Furthermore we had to pay in cash. Our overnight stay in Uniondale was well worthwhile."
