  "The room which was allocated to me, had an uneven bed.The room was dark. and looked untidy. The bathroom was untidy. Very old furniture. The had a 2 plate . stove in the passage which was to be shared with another room. When I was not happy with the condition of the room, they gave me another room which was a long distance away from the car park which the owner said was her room and that I can stay there because she is away. This room was neat But the toilet is in the same room. No seperate ensuite. So you have to eat in the same room as the toilet."

  "After booking and paying in February, on arrival at around 14:00 we had to call the owner because the receptionist could not help us. After speaking to the owner, he could not confirm anything and was in the office and we were given 1 family room for 2 family and mattresses for the floor. This is after driving for 8 hourshours from Johannesburg and you are so tired. We found a note the next morning under the door that she came around 21:00 and she gave us another room to use which was never used.<br/><br/>Establishments response:<br/><br/>Dear Mr Gulube<br/><br/>We just handled your negative review with the day staff and night staff and went through the security cameras .<br/><br/>You made one booking via safarinow and another in person on my email adres. As I was on my way to holiday with bad internet and cellphone connection I could only open the front page of your safari booking that said 2 guests booked... Its was totally my mistake as the booking was for a family of 4.<br/>Once I was in better cellphone connection I saw the total booking value and phoned you with no anwer , I phoned the office . They Opened another room , knocked on your door with no answer and then left a note...and informed your sister as she was still available at half past 8 .<br/><br/>The extra room then was occupied and definitely used. Also the cutlery were used. I phoned after 9 am to confirm with the staff if all was sorted out.<br/><br/>The next day the keys were returned by your group with no complaints.<br/><br/>We are so sorry for the misunderstanding on arrival but once we realised the miss - communication we corrected it and was under the impression that everybody was happy.<br/>Our guesthouse is our pride and we try to offer 100% good service at all time, even when on holiday.<br/><br/>Please accept us apology for this misunderstanding..<br/><br/>Have a blessed 2018"

  "We had a really good rest overnight. Our room was clean and well maintained. Our only struggle was that we didn't have anywhere to wash our dishes? Other than that, it was exactly what we needed on our journey. We were warmly welcomed, and given a glass of juice, which was much appreciated."

  "This is a suitable place to stay before travelling onward to Namibia. It's close to a large shopping mall, giving you the chance to buy anything you left behind at home! The owner was very helpful in suggesting places to have breakfast the following morning. However it has only the most basic self-catering facilities - a microwave and kettle, plus mugs, plates etc. But NO preparation space or seating area indoors, and no kitchen sink. This was very awkward."

  "We really enjoyed our stay at At Home. It has a really home feel. We were welcomed with an ice cold jug of fruit juice, and even got some filter coffee in bed. Andrea is a gracious host, and I would recomend her establishment to any body passing through."
