Le Must Manor is a 450 square metre, double story, converted family home, set in lush gardens on the banks of the Orange River. The main down stairs lounge area, with a wonderful fire place, is decorated with an eclectic selection of contemporary furniture and modern South African art. Breakfast can be enjoyed either in the foyer-breakfast reception room or on the terrace which offers exquisite views over the garden and river.
Le Must Manor consists of seven en-suite bedrooms that vary in size and one family suite. The family suite is on the upper level of the house and offers two bedrooms, one shower room and a lounge overlooking the Orange River. A third bedroom with shower en-suite shares the upstairs lounge. Four of the outside rooms have private entrances. All bedrooms in the manor have white percale linen, air-conditioning, heating and selected satellite TV channels.
"Vriendelike ontvangs en verwelkoming! Wooneenheid is netjies, skoon en privaat.Le Must is sentraal gele en 'n klipgooi van alles af. Ontbyt-tafel is keurig gedek en daar's 'n verskeidenheid kos om van te kies; alles was heerlik! Van aankoms tot vertrek, was alles na wense!"
"Le Must River Manor had very friendly staff, and it is in a lovely location on the banks of the river. But overall, I was a bit disappointed - my room was river facing, but the room which faced the river was the bathroom which did have a lovely view over the garden and river, but the bedroom was set back and felt a bit dark. There was no soap in my room but I was given some when I asked. As I was on a business trip, I would have preferred a better set up for working on my computer - there was no outlet on the wall where the desk was, and it was difficult to work where the outlet was."
"Lovely setting and beautifully appointed. Would stay again.Sadly, no water in the morning, but it was a municipality problem."
"Nice setting, but the one room had mildew all over the walls. Although the bathroom in the other room looked very intriguing with its steps leading up to the tub, it was very dangerous as one could easily slip and fall. Food was good and the hostess was friendly and helpful."
