"Totally unsatisfied"

"Firstly the place was not clean. I even had to request for the cleaners to be brought during our stay & even after they came to clean it was still dusty & not clean. Its totally not worth the price, unless all we paid for was the view. There was no cutlery at all!!! We had to wash all dishes and glasses before we used them. This apartment was not luxurious at all, the furniture is old and about the break, the towels we all so hard, the main bedroom toilet was broken. The beds was not satisfying as they were old and not comfortable. The man womanise the place had attitude & we had to call a number of times just to get hold of him. It might be an old place, self catering with a nice view, with dirty windows, but at that price the one expectation we had was for the place to be clean. Total fail, wouldn't recommend it to anyone."

"The highlight of the apartment was the views which was breathtaking. That's where it ended. The apartment was dirty. Toilets where filthy. Two of the showers had doors missing. The dishes in the cupboards had dried up food still on them! It was ideally situated for the beach and Ushaka marine world."
