"We have arrived at about 5pm, no keys ! I was told BP garage Halfway shop will have the keys (BP garage does not exist in Uvongo but I learned that 3 days later) . I don't know the town and after 8 hours drive it would be only nice if the keys were somewhere close. Emergency manager's number did not replay and van Heerden's Letting , was closed for the day. We have 2 years old in the car , parked outside the unit with no keys. Very pleasant and friendly neighbour help us to contact the right person and keys were brought to us . Thank you friendly neighbour ! After some time we realised we have no water, luckily friendly neighbour gave us a cell number to the lady who helped with the keys , so phoned the lady and got help (geyser in the locked cupboard needed water supply tap to be open) .... Yay we have water ! Next morning we learned that we have no warm water, so phoned the nice lady from agency and she arrived again and put the heating button on !!! and after a while we had warm water .... what a start to relaxing holiday ! After 3 day stay I decided to find the BP garage Halfway shop , where I was suppose to drop off the keys on our way home (emails show BP garage) and drove twice towards Margate and once towards Shelly Beach looking for BP garage , totally fed-up phoned the agent to learn that BP garage does not exist and it is a Caltex garage now ! All is well that ends well , imagine if I did not speak English and was a foreign tourist ! I think you need to pull up your socks ! it is not lockdown , it is total lack of good management. By the way your inventory is not up to date either . I like the place , perfect location , nice and friendly people around , but not a good start for the new tourist season. You have to try harder and be better organized and fix the main bedroom door !"
