This luxurious apartment is located in the heart of Cape Town's famous V and A Waterfront, within walking distance of the CTICC and the Waterfront's multitude of shops, restaurants and a cinema.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a large patio for entertaining. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dishwasher, an oven, a stove and a microwave.

The bedroom has a king-size bed which can be converted into two single beds. The lounge has two sleeper couches, satellite TV, and a Hi-Fi with a CD player. The apartment is serviced once a week, more often upon request. It comes with its own secure under-ground parking bay and residents have access to the communal swimming pool and gym.
