  "We stayed in Windsong which has lost all of its old world charm and is now just plain old and unmaintained. Doorknobs and locks don't work, handles missing from furniture. Curtains and linen are in very poor shape and of poor quality. The fabric on the valance in the livingroom was fastened with just some thumbtacks many years ago and doesn't seem to want to stay put anymore so it just hangs off. The couches and armchair are in terrible condition. Outside toilet had a pile of leaves on the lid because of a gap between the roof and wall. Loose and leaky taps, the list goes on. The farm is not fenced and there are no security measures in place. The only two positives is the jungle gym and the big stoep. I cannot speak of the other cottages but rather steer clear of winsdsong. The owners are not involved at all and don't seem to even care although so much emphasis is put on it being a family run establishment."

  "Absolutely fantastic holiday again.&nbsp; <br /><br />Mpo the manageress is a gem and the staff are so friendly. Nothing is too much trouble.&nbsp; Scamp, the farm dog who acted as our guide on the trails, made sure we didn't get lost and our dachshund <br />Archie made a new best friend; Ziggi a young JR.&nbsp; They were inseparable.&nbsp; A really good time was had by all.&nbsp; Waterberg Cottages also now have game which we watched from our patio.<br />CHRIS AND SONIA BACON <br />"

  "Mpho and all the staff go out of their way to make sure you have every comfort. The gardens are magnificent even after a very harsh, dry winter. The easy trails are very clearly marked but the friendly, well-behaved resident dogs are only too happy to act as guides.A wonderful place to unwind and relax watching the beautiful sunsets."

  "From the minute we arrived to a warm welcome to the minute we left, we enjoyed everything about our stay. The cottage was so beautiful and everything you need had been thought of and was on hand. The accommodation was spotless and the staff very friendly and helpful, especially Mpho.The facilities are wonderful. We loved the hikes and the heated pool. We will definitely be back.Thank you for a fantastic holiday."

  "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Waterberg Cottages. The setting was beautiful, and from Butterfly cottage we enjoyed spectacular sunsets every afternoon. The chalet was clean, cosy and charming. The staff were fantastic. Mpho really ensured we were well taken care of! Camera traps is recommended - a lovely way to explore the farm and learn more about nocturnal animals."
