  "We stayed in the Swimming Pool chalet. It has an indoor swimming pool attached to it. It is also a working farm so one can join in all the activities. The hosts Amanda and Andries were amazing. Out of the 10 B&amp;B's we stayed at during our trip we would rate this one as the best of overall. What we really appreciated was that Amanda phoned us a few times on our way up to make sure we were on the right roads as we had taken the roundabout route from Gariep Dam and not the N1. On arrival we were greeted with tea and milk tart. We accepted the dinner offer at a very reasonable price and received a two meat two course meal. The chalet was truly fully equipped for a self catering stay and very spacious and comfortable. We are just so sorry we did not stay longer but there will be a next time."

  "We had a great time and experienced warm hospitality from Amanda and Andries, who went out of their way to make our stay special. The self-catering houses were deliberately rustic, but comfortable. The pool house, in particular was a delight and the indoor swimming kept our children busy. The children also enjoyed interacting with the friendly farm animals. Die Kuierhuis is a great place to unwind in a peaceful situation or to stop-over on a journey. It was a bonus to get full 3G cellular signal as well."
