African Crest Guest House

African Crest Guest House offers comfortable accommodation situated in Vereeniging, in the heart of the beautiful Vaal triangle. The guest house is only a short drive to restaurants and shops.

We offer nine en-suite guest rooms, a game area with a pool table and board games for entertainment. "We had no working aircon. They put us in two different rooms. Still no aircon. There was also only one cup, glas, plate and set of cutlery in the room."

"Absolutely PATHETIC. Phoned to find out if we can check in earlier, the lady who picked up the phone had no clue what was happening or who i was etc.We arrived at the Guesthouse. Couldnt even get in as there was taxis and cars parked all over the place. No one offered assistance. Got in my car and left. Missed half of my best friends wedding due to this. Do not go to African Crest Guesthouse. Losy my deposit and needless to say, i wont be getting my deposit back. Absolutely poor poor poor."

"I was disappointed in the stay, the pictures are deceiving. The facilities are not what they say they are. The place is far too overpriced I have stayed in much better places for less. They don't have dstv . The room smelt bad and I feel I wasted my money. I will never go back and this is the second time this has happened using safari now. I won't use them again."

"We slept at African Crest on 1 Jan 2014.The room was clean, neat and well appointed. The receptionist was friendly, helpful and professional.Breakfast, however, was a bit of a disappointment. While there was nothing wrong with the quantity or type of food, preparation left a bit to be desired.Also, in this price class one would expect filter coffee with breakfast, not cheap instant coffee."

"All I can say its worth it and it was an awesome weekend-away enjoyed every moment lovely bedroom prepared for our anniversary bottle of wine, roses sprinkled on the bed all the way to the bathroom and candles, with flowers and dessert hmmmm was too beautiful, breakfast was out of this world I enjoyed it...will be going back real soon."
