On-The-Wheel is a guesthouse with a feeling of country living; while conveniently situated close to Loftus, Union Buildings and all the main Hospitals in Pretoria.
It is nestled in a beautiful and tranquil garden. All rooms are elegantly decorated with clean white linen. The rooms have full DStv and their own fridge/freezer with a kettle and coffee making facilities. There are flat screen televisions in the rooms and an open dining area outside.
Some of our most attractive features are our full wheelchair access throughout the accommodation. We offer a heated pool and Jacuzzi, as well as secure parking.
This is a private guesthouse and run by the owner, who is also a wheelchair user. It is ideally suited for discerning business and leisure travellers who can look forward to a warm welcome and superb hospitality.
We do accommodate schools, groups and travellers from two to five persons per room.

The CSIR, Unisa, Tuks, Pierneef Theatre, shopping centres, and several restaurants are all within easy driving distance. More or less 15 minutes from most of the embassies, Hatfield, University of Pretoria, Pretoria Academic Hospital, Technical, and Police College, Koedoespoort, Silverton and Rosslyn Industrial area. Close access to the N1. OR Tambo airport 30 minutes away.

17 March 2016"Lovely peaceful place. Quiet neighborhood ideal for a stopover. The unit we stayed in has a serious Ant problem, ants were allover anything left on the kitchen counter within minutes, please consider extermination as it wasn't pleasant dealing with them throughout my stay. 2ndly we were upgraded to the unit outside, which is fine, But A Queen bed cannot be 2 single beds combined, we had the shock of the night as we were getting into bed to find the bed wasn't a proper double bed, but 2 single beds shifted together, they are the worst thing for a couple sharing, we found ourselves in between the beds falling off throughout the night, something I feel shouldn't be done as the rooms specify a double and Queen bed and not 2 single beds combined. Regardless the place is value for money, please consider these changes as they make a big difference in the comfort of the stay."
