  "The owner was very patient when we arrived late (after getting lost) and replied very quickly on e-mails I sent, however I will not recommend the guest house. I paid for 8 beds and there were only 7, so two of my people had to sleep in one bed (I made it very clear that I need 8 single beds when I requsted a quote and Dagbreek guesthouse confirmed that they have 8 single beds available). The house was dirty and very untidy and there were no extra blankets in the rooms even though it was very cold. I wouldn't stay there again. It was difficult to find the place at night since the sign is very far from the road and the entrance is nog clearly visible in the dark."

  "Basic room, neat and clean. Still needs some work. No wall plugs in room so no way to charge sellphone or use blow dryer. Also no trach can. Nice stay. Good price for what you get."

  "A friend and I stayed overnight at Dagbreek guesthouse while doing research in the area. Mike was friendly and helpful, and entertained us not only with his great stories but with his delicious food. The rooms were comfortable and peaceful, and we were thoroughly refreshed by the time we left."

  "For me - as well as my better half - this turned out to be a unique homely and wonderful experience. If one likes a no frills but rustic, warm ,quiet experience, then this is it. Out of town of Villiers on a farm was a haven of tranquility for me. Proprietor Mike was a wonderful host very hospitable indeed. I have no problem returning there for a weekend getaway.
