"We did not end up receiving what we booked!<div>We booked the Sunbird Self catering unit. We found out then that there are 2 sunbird units, the one we booked was taken and we had been reserved the second unit. Not all the rooms are listed on Safari as they should be.</div><div>We were then promised the swallows self catering unit and shown some pics..... the pics were of the sunbird unit and not where we stayed... The room where we stayed could hardly fit the twin beds in (opposed to the double booked) and the couch and carpet in the private lounge were exceptionally dirty! We couldn't really use the basin in the bathroom as it was blocked. We decided to head out on the Saturday and not stay for our planned 2 nights as we were just disappointed and felt like we were staying in grandmom's house (Yes they are upstairs in the unavailable honeymoon suite). We have stayed in many many places and are seldomely so disappointed. Pam receives the only star for a very hearty breakfast! Thank you.</div>"

"We had fantastic time in Hermanus and staying at Roofers Guest House just add to our good experience.We had privacy and my 4 year old enjoy the guest house. We wanted to stay longer but I had to get back to work. Cosy guest house and breakfast was out of this world."
