Groot Pondok

Groot Pondok is a beautifully appointed cottage ideally located just 50 m from the beach, and offering lovely views from the upstairs patio.

The cottage can accommodate up to six guests, and comprises two double bedrooms, a childrens bedroom, three bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The first bedroom is upstairs, with a separate entrance and patio, and features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom contains a double bed and a shower en suite. The third bedroom, the childrens room, features two single beds, and has the use of a separate shower room.

The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering. The house boasts two TVs with full DStv (no smart card needed), as well as indoor and outdoor braai facilities, and an indoor fireplace. The walled garden is private and secure and ideal for children. Off-street parking is provided.

Please note that no smoking is allowed, and we regret no children under the age of 12.

Check-in time is strictly as follows:
- 14h00 17h00 (Mon to Thu)
- 14h00 19h00 (Fri)
- 14h00 16h00 (Sat and Sun)
- 14h00 16h00 (public holidays)

High Season (incl Easter & Jazz festival): check-in is strictly at 15h00, unless otherwise arranged with the office.

A surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof will be charged for any arrival later than check-in time as indicated above. This surcharge is deductible from the Key & Breakage deposit. The guest consents to this deduction.
