"I was greeted by someone who could not really assist me or answer any of my questions. I then decided to leave immediately and find alternate accommodation. I did not feel safe as the lodge is situated for out of town. When I call for assistance to get directions, nobody answered the phone. I will not recommend this place to anybody. I will need to claim my money back as I did not stay after the really poor reception"

"I was very disappointed to hear from my staff, 13 of them that they had no water to shower and the bit they did was dirty. They had to look for knives and forks and no bottle opener. They also had to search for someone to show them where to go. We didn't just pitch up but we had a booking. Shows 3 stars and AA rated but not even finished, so who rated? I wouldn't put a star but cant take it off."

"Rooms, lodge and setting really lovely.Breakfast amazing! Only problem was the water. Showering difficult as hardly any water and pressure. Also need a bit more signage as you enter so visitors know where to go/which gate to drive in. Must be obvious when gate is open or closed. Thanks!"
