We are open from 1 June 2020, accommodating business travelers as per lockdown level 3 requirements. All required COVID-19 safety measures are in place to protect our valued guests. 45 Alan Drive Walmer Downs offers five charming self-catering units, set in the Walmer Downs suburb of Port Elizabeth. Two studio flats accommodate two people, with twin/single beds, en suite bathrooms and kitchenettes. The spacious garden flat has a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area and an open-plan lounge, with its own enclosed
garden and patio. The fourth unit offers a single bed, a small fridge, a microwave, a kettle, and crockery and cutlery. All the units have private entrances, with safe inside parking. Guests also have access to the communal patio with braai facilities. Laundry, an airport shuttle service and babysitting services are offered. The units are fully equipped and serviced. Bed linen, towels and soap are provided. A continental breakfast is available on request and start-up coffee, tea, milk and sugar are provided in all units.45 Alan Drive Walmer Downs is situated in one of the safest Port Elizabeth suburbs, and offers great accommodation for both families and corporate travelers. Port Elizabeth offers great beaches that are ideal for water-based activities and swimming. The beautiful and historic city is a great place to explore, including attractions such as the Addo Elephant Park and other game parks, architecture, art and museums. We do not accommodate pets of any kind and description.

"Loved the Garden Cottage, so named because it has a small private garden area. Really good attention to detail and everything was perfect. Stayed over weekend and wasnt expecting it to be serviced but it was. Clean towels replaced regularly. Really great value in my opinion. Excellent host."
