Alvaria Guest House

Alvaria offers gracious Old World charm, being built in 1889. The guest house is located in the elite Innes Avenue, with round the clock security and safe parking provided on the property.

The guest house is just 7 km off the N1 and 10 minutes from the University, large shopping centre and town. A smaller shopping centre with a selection of restaurants is also within walking distance of Alvaria.

Accommodation is offered in three spacious rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Guests have the choice of self-catering or enjoying a full English breakfast, and evening meals are available on request. Features include two very pleasant reception rooms and a large veranda, all at the guests disposal.

Tea and coffee are available in the rooms, as well as TV with M-Net. All the beds have electric blankets in the winter and a large fire is made in the lounge. The beautiful garden boasts huge trees and a selection of bird life, and guests find it very pleasant to sit outside and enjoy a cup of tea or a sundowner.
