Nestled in the foothills of the historical Bains Kloof Pass, Wellington, in the heart of the Winelands Region and only 45 minutes from the hum drum of Cape Town city life. As the Pass leads you out of town, it brings you to 5 Mountains Lodge.

When you come through our secured entrance gate you discover the hidden Gem in an oasis of peace and tranquillity. Come and enjoy our luxurious retreat set in our beautiful English styled garden is a discreet sanctuary of calm where guests can take a relaxing dip in the enticing, single depth pool, pull up a sun lounger on the beautiful green lawns. We would like our guests to unwind from the pace of city and working life, to gain a sense of peace and restoration. Our 5 individual Garden Cottages are sympathetically decorated with a Provence style elegance with each having its own veranda with spectacular views either over the working vineyard or the well maintained manicured gardens. Each Cottage has its own braai for you to use.

5 Mountains Lodge offers a variety of delicious homemade high-quality cuisine available from dawn to dusk and why not sip on a cool delicious glass of wine to accompany your meal. We are Pet friendly for your small or medium sized canine friends booking in advance is essential.

"Loved the garden and the vineyard . Could change the showerhead in the first bathroom , I would put 2 single beds in the ''kitchen area''. That sleeper couch just doesn't do it. Was more comfortable putting mattresses on the floor. All the beds were very firm and very uncomfortable , we had to improvise to get a goodnights rest."

"A perfect night away for a couple. We were lucky to have the entire place to ourselves. Used the sauna, and the outside jacuzzi on our veranda (wood heated!). Was a really special place, and the service was really top notch. Will be back again!"
