"Bev the owner was very friendly, accommodating and easy-going from the start. Being central and comfortable, Crystalvilla has an immediate calming effect/energy due to the decor, as a home away from home. Breakfast was served beautifully to our requirements, but no filter coffee (perhaps it is on request only). This B&B is the perfect over-night stay in Blouberg! We will return."

"Crystalvilla offered us a very warm and homely abode in Cape Town. The guest house is in a secure place a couple of streets from the beach. The hostess is extremely welcoming and ready to help at any time! She even went out of her way to get my wife's mobile phone, which had been misplaced in a mall. It is a 5 Star establishment for a family holiday!"

"We have just returned from a magical stay in South Africa. Our daughter was married on December 29th 2010, so it was a combined wedding and holiday. The media tells us a lot about the warmth of a South African greeting. I can only say that this was personified in the way we were looked after by Bev at Crystalvilla. We might have been 8,000 km from home but the way we were looked after, we just felt at home. Nothing was too much trouble, even down to applying a touch of lip gloss to the groom to be on his pre-wedding night out! Crystalvilla provides a unique combination. a superbly well-run B&B which is more importantly a home from home. Bev, thank you so much!"

"I had to have some surgery in South Africa and urgently needed a place to stay during the Soccer World Cup time, so I could not believe it when I found a place for such an affordable amount, with breakfast included. I had a very pleasant stay, Bev was really friendly and helpful with all my needs and Veronica made a nice breakfast. Bev also arranged a room for my sister and her husband who came to visit me for a weekend. I really enjoyed the stay; it didnt feel like too far away from home. Even though my surgery was not a good experience altogether, the fact that I was taken up in the World Cup activities, has put a cherry on top of my stay!"

"Crystalvilla is situated near Bluebergbeach and is offering spacious, very comfortable and nice guest accommodation. The guest house is in a very safe area and we enjoyed our visit a lot (wish we could have stayed longer and also checked out the pool....) . We slept in a comfy queen size bed, really nicely made up rooms ! Bev was a superb host, serving us breakfast at 5 in the morning, giving us all sorts of (very valuable!) advise, and letting us roam around the house as we pleased. . And, Bev has the softest towels that IÂ´ve ever had !!! Great experience, thanks !"
