The apartment can accommodate up to two guests and comprises one bedroom and an open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom as well as a sleeper couch in the lounge area. The bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom.

The apartment is air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped for self-catering including a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and kettle. The comfortable lounge area includes a ceiling fan and a TV with DStv, and leads out through glass sliding doors onto a patio with Weber braai facilities, outdoor furniture and great views.

A daily cleaning service is optional, and the secure complex also offers a communal swimming pool, tennis courts, squash court, laundry and braai facilities for guests' use.
