Number 62 is located in West Beach, along the West Coast of the Cape. It is located in a secured complex and close to the beach. The apartment is well-equipped for self-catering and also has excellent views of Table Mountain.

The apartment comprises an open-plan lounge and kitchen area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. The main bedroom contains a double bed while the second bedroom has a three-quarter bed. All linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a microwave stove. The lounge is equipped with a TV with DStv and opens onto a balcony.

The complex is gated and guarded, and features include a communal pool, tennis and squash court, clubhouse, laundry, outdoor chess and barbecue facilities. Covered parking is also provided for a single vehicle.
