Die Klein Erf Unit 92 is a self-catering ground floor apartment ideally located in the Hermanus Beach Club resort. This resort offers 24-hour manned security, entertainment facilities, swimming pools, tennis courts, putt-putt, a squash court, a gym, pool tables, a bar and games room, communal braai areas, a shop, laundry, and a rocky beach.This apartment can accommodate up to six guests and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and an en suite with a bath, toilet and hand basin. The second bedroom contains a double bed and the third bedroom contains twin single beds. These two rooms share a second bathroom with a shower, toilet and hand basin. Linen and towels are provided.The apartment is beautifully furnished and fully equipped. There is a TV with DStv compact and a DVD player in the living area. You also have the use of a wall panel heater and hot water bottles. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave oven. One parking bay is allocated to the apartment with visitors parking available a short walk from the apartment. A cleaning service for the duration of your stay is available at an additional cost.

"Lovely break away"

"The unit was very comfortable and had a very well stocked kitchen. The fridge is not very big , but luckily the town , mall and shops are only a few kilometers away to get provisions. The grounds are beautifully kept and the large garden area just outside the house was lovely. The only snag was that the house does not have a braai so you have to use the communal braai area set u close to the tennis courts. We ended up cooking every night , so it was not a big deal. Many of the houses have portable braais on the patio. Eating in town is also an option as there are many restaurants close by. There was no cleaning service , but the unit is well stocked with all the cleaning materials so cleaning was quick and easy."

"The apartment was comfortable and suited our needs, just a few items could be replaced to make this stay better. The basin in the bathroom is way too small to use. also the mirror in the en suit is an eye sore."

"What a fantastic week-end...Unit is clean and well looked after. Everything at hand . Surroundings devine and serene. I just hope that people don't abuse the place and respect the beautiful setting and your unit. I will def. come again. Thanks a lot Suzette...keep that unit as it is...don't let people spoil it. I travel a lot around the country...by far the best place we ever stayed in. My wife wanted to stay another night, that is how she enjoyed it."

"This was the best self-catering experience we've ever had in South Africa. It has none of that 'cast-offs relegated to the holiday place that we also rent out' feeling. None of the little irritations that makes one long (however fleetingly) for one's home comforts are here. The bedding is excellent, the kitchen is well equipped, the place is spotless (including the clothes cupboards, top to bottom), there are more than enough clothes hangers, the bathrooms have air freshener, the water is actually hot-hot, there are cosy throws and comfortable seating in the living room, nice sound equipment ... absolutely no complaints. As they say in the movies: We'll be back!"
