"Cupboard doors' hinges broken. No coffee at breakfast or in room. Mildew in shower. No carpets in room. Broken toaster at breakfast, no juice. Exit blocked with paving stones. Booking included microwave a refrigerator, had to wait for that arrangement."

"We asked for a bath and then got the keys for a room with a shower. The management corrected the mistake and we got a nice big bathtub."

"Bathroom could do with some renovations. toilet bowl discoloured, shower needs maintenance. The TV is impossible to watch, no channel is displayed properly."

"The staff were extremely efficient and friendly. The only thing that lacked was the maintenance. I struggled to sleep the first night as the bed rocked and squeaked when I moved. I had to chock it against the wall the next night. The next day my wife almost fell through the chair as the frame was broken, so she had to sit on the bed while doing her makeup. The TV I had to fiddle with to eventually get it to work properly. I think they should put instructions with the remote explaining how to set it up."
