Sica's Guest House
An affordable, Old World sanctuary from the nearby city hustle and bustle, without sacrificing any modern conveniences. An 1886, family-run, Victorian farmhouse situated on three acres in Durbans prestigious Berea.
Experience charming colonial architecture, private 'broekie-lac' verandas, and tranquil and secure surroundings - with ample parking. A romantic gazebo overlooks the pool and tennis court.
We offer 45 en-suite and air-conditioned double bedrooms with their own TVs and telephones. We have five conference venues equipped with all standard equipment that caters for groups from eight to one hundred delegates.
Caring and efficient hosts, Jan, Sica and Janus Horn, will ensure personalized service for every guest. We can arrange airport transfers and excursions on request.

10 July 2013"My man en dogtertjie het vir 5 dae in Sica's GH geblyf en dit was wonderlik. Hierdie gastehuis se diens is puik en hulle kos is heerlik!!! Die sekuriteit by die gastehuis is ook puik. Baie dankie vir 'n wonderlike 5 dae. Ons is definitief weer volgende jaar terug."
