  "<p>Firstly, My accommodation was booked for business purposes -my company booked that accommodation based on the address that is shown onthe website (because my client is very close to that address) When I get there I am told that first of all that accommodation is fullof students and I was not going to stay there I was going to be accompanied to another address. Why was this not clarified when we made the booking ? because if that was the case then we would have looked for another accommodation,this was an inconvenience to me because my meeting was suppose to be at 5am in the morning and the last thing I needed was to get lost at 5am in the morning at a place thatI am not familiar in. Secondly I get there, the room has no fridge, notea an coffee facilities -I mean I am booked there for three nights and the place does not cater for lunch and supper so obviously I need to buy my own food, where do Ikeep them? I had to ask to use the fridge that was in the kitchen, I don'tknow who else keeps their food in there , I am allergic to certain food and obviously I am very uncomfortable with mixing my food with other people's food.Then there was the TV there is no remote in the room , the TV is controlled by someone in the living area, I have to watch what another person feels is suitable for me to watch (for three days!!!) at some point I had to watch soccer - I hate soccer. one morning I borrowed an iron to straighten my clothes , two minutes later there was a boy knocking at my room door asking for the iron back??? there is just soo many things that were unsatisfactory, I could go on the entire day. I loved the fact that there was white sheets on the bed but the hair that was on the sheets? maroon hair extension, black hair extensions and black natural hair, you could tell that no one bothered toremove the hairs on the bed because they were very visible, I did not have to move things to see it -it was just there onthe sheet, so I had to do some cleaning before I could relax, and then there is that broken door, the shower with cold water, the man that serves us breakfast with no shoes on, the owner's daughter(so I was told)that does not greet the list is just endless...</p><p></p>"
