24 The Waves

24 The Waves is a modern and spacious, two-storey house situated above the towering dunes, within a secure residential estate on the outskirts of the small town of Wilderness in the Western Cape.

Downstairs is a large, open-plan lounge and dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The master bedroom is downstairs and has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. There is also a guest toilet, a double garage with remote controlled doors, an outdoor patio, a garden and a braai area with a table and chairs. The lounge has a large screen LCD TV with PVR DStv.

There are two bedrooms, a lounge area with a TV, a bathroom with a shower and an outdoor patio area located upstairs. There is also Wi-Fi available at the house.

The residential estate features a club house with a gym, games room with a pool table and table tennis, a swimming pool and an entertainment area with indoor and outdoor braai areas. There is private access to the beach via a lockable boardwalk and staircase.
