Drakensview Self-catering

Drakensview Self- catering Cottages are set on a hillside and offer superb uninterrupted views of the Drakensberg. These self-contained units are modern and tastefully decorated, providing an ideal option for those who prefer the flexibility of self-catering accommodation.

Each suite comprises a luxurious king-size bed with the comfort of Oxford white linen. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove and fridge, and an en-suite bathroom with towels provided.

Barbecue facilities are available for guests and braai packs and braai sandwiches can be arranged on request. Shaded parking is available for guests and each unit has a list of things to do in the area, along with contact numbers.

Each unit features a shaded veranda overlooking the landscape of Natal. Being set against the backdrop of the majestic Drakensberg Mountains, the cottages are ideal for romantic sundowners after exploring the Berg, Spioenkop Nature Reserve and much more.

"Very nice stay. It was a stop over with my 2 kids. Lovely relaxing place. The children played on the jungle gym and sat outside and watched the cows and horses in the paddocks just outside our room. This was very fascinating for them."

"What a lovely stay! It was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed the glorious sunsets, each afternoon it was unique. It was absolutely wonderful for my husband and I to spend our first Christmas as a married couple here and the chalet was so nicely equipped that it was a pleasure preparing Christmas lunch.
