  "In winter one is looking for "cosy and comfy" places and The Hut was just what we expected. Our hosts, Julita and Schalk, at the Rose Cottage did their best to make our stay a memorable one. The garden and adjacent dam are lovely and surely worthwhile to spend some time. It is also ideally situated if you wanted to do some sightseeing."

They went out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay with our young kids (3 years, and 6 months). Accommodation in the 'Bushmans Cave' was quite comfortable and our toddler loved the friendly dogs and running around the big yard/gardens. The adults enjoyed the tranquility and tasty breakfast. We all loved the pool with the waterfall."

Spacious, comfortable bedroom cum living room with TV & most welcome ceiling fan in mid-summer! Excellent, fully equipped & modern kitchenette with 2-plate oven/stove, microwave & fridge. Splash pool & wonderful gardens equalling the best! Hearty breakfasts @ personal service from friendly people makes this an outstanding B&B. It is also perfectly situated on main routes to reach any Drakensberg tourist destination. Strangers leave as friends to return often - even from foreign countries!"
