Green Valley Lodge is located right in the heart of Wonderboom South, a suburb of Pretoria and is nestled below the Wonderboom Nature Reserve, one of Pretoria's popular heritage sites. A truly unexpected enchanting surprise welcomes you on arrival.
Green Valley Lodge is conveniently situated very close to the Eugene Marais Hospital, a mere 750 m away, as well as being in close proximity to other well-known private and state hospitals. The lodge is a 10-minute drive from the business sector of Hatfield, the universities, Onderstepoort, Rosslyn Industrial and Pretoria Central. We are also on a main public transport route. Shopping malls, restaurants and heritage sites can be found within a 2 - 5 km radius. Wonderboom Airport is 10 minutes away and both OR Tambo and Lanseria Airports are 45 minutes away.
With the accent on superb quality finishes and the convenience of free Internet in each room, the lodge provides the corporate traveller or leisure guest the opportunity to experience both the bustling city as well as the tranquility of country living in one stopover.
13 Individually and uniquely designed rooms with dcor that emphasizes African themes afford the guest a new experience with each stay over. The rooms have either double, queen, twin or king-size beds, all with en-suite luxury bathrooms and private entrances. All bathrooms have showers and the Premiere Rooms have corner baths as well.
Guests can either enjoy a sunset drink at the pool while listening to the relaxing sound of the waterfall, or choose a quiet spot in the gardens where they will be serenaded by the extensive bird life which frequents the lodge. For the more active, there is the convenience of a gym on the premises, after which a dip in the sparkling blue pool will certainly refresh one after a busy day.
Our conference facility seats up to 40 delegates and can cater for your individual needs. A smaller boardroom for up to 10 delegates is also available. You will find the unexpected at Green Valley Lodge and will feel most at home in our friendly establishment.

15 April 2013"I had a very relaxing night and happy with the room. However, I booked for two adults and found that only one bath towel was in the room. I had to call the receptionist to bring a second towel, which could have been avoided if proper checks were done before I checked in. I disliked that I was not told that if I consumed the items in the refrigerator I will have to leave cash in the room when I check out on Saturday. I would have appreciated being told to keep cash by the receptionist. I had a bank card and only realised on Saturday morning that the reception is closed and I can’t pay for the items I consumed. I need to now do a bank transfer and this would have been avoided if I was told on Friday when I checked in that I will have to leave cash in the room for items consumed. Overall, I had a restful evening and loved my stay at the lodge and it was exactly what I was hoping for."
