05 January 2015"We visited Damas Guesthouse over Christmas 2014, and we had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and although we did not have dinner at the guesthouse the breakfast was very good. The rooms was up to standard, when considering this is only a three star venue, although the cleanliness of the rooms was questionable, but this could have been a once-off issue only."

The evening meal and selected wine were delicious.Very good value for money.Since we only spent one night at Damas, it was difficult to give a precise objective appraisal. Therefore, many of the replies to the above questions were noted as "unsure". However, the hotel met our expectations."

19 March 2012"We were in town to visit family members for a few days and really enjoyed our stay at Damas. Very friendly, relaxed and accomodating staff. Gourgeous location in the midst of a vineyard with well kept grounds. Nice menu for the restaurant/room service and the food was very good with good value for money. Rooms were very nice, clean and well equipped. Have absolutely no complaints! In a perfect world, a swimming pool and few more channels on the TV would have been nice for kids and adults alike, but would not prevent us from returning!"

Die eienaars is vriendelik en behulpsaam. Ek beveel dit regtig aan. Very pretty and peacful environment, and clean and tidy units. We especially enjoyed the fact that each unit felt like a separate house, private and very nice. The owners are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the guest house."
