  "The louvre windows in our room had a slat missing. We had to spare our towels to stuff the gap during our sleep. That did not help much the cold wind was blowing through, shaking the curtains. The bathroom lights cannot be switched off from the room. We slept with the light on, only for it to go off on its own the next morning. The TV ( old type) we could not watch anything, the picture was red. This was our worst stay."

  "We where satisfied with the neatness of the lodge, for us comming from a crime area it was a bit concerning the gates that is left openend at night, but we did not have any trouble. Everyting was clean and up to standard."

  "The rating should be three star and not because it has poor or bad service, but based on what they offered and comparitive to establishments nationally. The personnel that was on duty was friendly and helpful, no complaints. However, our room was not "tidied" on day two as the bed was not remade etc. This could be due to insufficient training and prioritisation. I would also recommend that they ask guests to indicate whether they would like a ground-floor unit as the steps are quite hectic if you are older or have a leg/knee condition."
