This beautiful home has great panoramic sea views. It is spacious, fresh, upmarket, well equipped and excellently located. Close to a beach access and within easy walking distance to the main beach. Guest who have stayed here love to come back. The house is serviced, the pool is netted, and Wi-Fi and DSTV is provided. There is a large covered veranda with furniture overlooking the pool and a fully functional built-in braai. The property is secured by fencing, an electric gate and security beams. There is enough secure parking behind the house with easy access to the kitchen when the car needs off-loading. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only. This is a double story home, inside the house you will find the following:

Bottom level: a very spacious living area with open plan lounge, dining room, kitchen, guest loo, and scullery. The living area opens onto a large covered veranda overlooking the pool. The kitchen is well equipped with all cutlery and crockery provided. The kitchen also has a microwave, gas hob and oven and enough fridge and freezer space. Laundry facilities: washing machine and tumble dryer.

On the first floor you will find all bedrooms and bathrooms: The house sleeps 12 and all linen, towels & beach towels are provided. All bedrooms have fans, built-in cupboards and hangers are provided, 2 bedrooms & the dormitory have AC. There are 3 bedrooms and a dormitory, with 5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are on-suite and there is a guest bathroom. 3 Bedrooms open onto a wide balcony with sea views. 1st bedroom: Double bed & 1 single. 2nd bedroom: 2x single beds. 3rd bedroom: 2x single beds. 4th bedroom: dormitory, ideal for kids/teenagers with 4 single beds & 1 bunk bed. Bathrooms: 1st bathroom: bath, basin, shower and toilet en-suite to main. 2nd bathroom: shower, toilet and basin. 3rd bathroom: shower, toilet, basin. 4th bathroom: shower, toilet, basin, en-suite to dormitory. 5th bathroom with toilet, basin and shower.
