WHEN you holiday in this home all 5 your senses are teased by the INDIAN OCEAN. Yes, your sight, smell, sound, taste and even the touch of the sea air on your skin sings one wonderful song, YOU HAVE ARRIVED AT YOUR BEACH HOLIDAY DESTINATION .This magnificent BEACH FRONT home is located amongst lush vegetation, it is newly renovated and every holiday makers dream. There is a pathway which leads from the house through wonderful admiralty vegetation to the sea sand and a wide and beautiful beach away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach.

The beautifully decorated living space has large stacking doors which extends this space onto a beautiful deck with pool (netted) and the MOST FANTASTIC VIEWS. The deck is furnished and has a large gas braai. The living area is very spacious and houses a beautiful bar, a wonderful coffee station, lounge, dining room, TV lounge, invertor, Wifi & DSTV is provided, and a guest loo. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, gas hob & electric oven (free standing), microwave, fridge freezer and all cutlery and crockery. There are 2 bar fridges and a fridge for drinks in the bar and a chest freezer also available. The house is well secured with beams, fencing, alarm and armed response. Behind an electric gate is ample parking for 4 cars and one lock up garage. There is a wonderful house keeper who lives onsite and will look after the house so that you can make the most of your holiday. Laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer is available.

One level up is a smaller lounge with leather comfy-couches, where you can have a quiet visit with a friend or a glass of wine whilst you lose yourself in the wonderful views through large bay windows. Each level of the house has sea-views, with large sliding doors and windows for the sea air to enter and the breeze to cool you down.

HIDDEN HEIGHTS BEACH HOUSE is a 5-level home with lots and lots of space for 12 people to have a wonderful holiday. The house has 5 bedrooms of which 4 are on-suite and the 5th has a private bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed with walk in cupboard and a full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedrooms each have a double bed and are on-suite with shower, basin and toilet. The 4th bedroom has 2 and 5th bedroom has 4 single beds, both bedrooms have bathrooms with shower, toilets and basins. All bedrooms have modern built-in cupboards with hangers, all rooms have ceiling fans/fans and all linen, towels and beach towels are provided. Each bedroom has a small balcony for morning coffee or private time with your favorite book.

VERY IMPORTANT: This house has many stairs and large windows opening over dizzying heights it IS NOT SUITABLE for children under 10.

REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for nucleus family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Daily staff levy: R300. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the total accommodation amount, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

PEAK SEASON: Please note the options during the following period: Dec & Jan.

Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 14 nights.
Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 10 nights, these 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 7 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
