399 Nkwazi Ridge is a large upmarket beach cottage located in Nkwazi Ridge Estate. This double-storey house is fully equipped for self-catering, and can comfortably sleep eight people.

The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large living space. The modern kitchen with wood finished includes modern appliances, including a stove with hob, fridge-freezer and microwave. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer for that inevitable laundry day. The living room has a TV with DStv. Guests need to bring their own card and decoder. The large open veranda in front of house includes furniture and braai facilities. A domestic is available to assist with cleaning. There is a rim flow pool but no net to cover the pool. Children will need to be supervised around the pool area.

This secure property with fencing, gates and beams includes a double lock up garage and armed response. The estate is safe for walking and cycling and has a large pool and entertainment area.

Please note that there are additional charges that will not be included in your quote. This include a once-off R150 administration fee, a compulsory daily rate for cleaning. If the property is not serviced, a compulsory R300 - R500 departure cleaning fee will be charged, depending on the size of the property. A damages retention of an additional 10% of the accommodation total will be required, with a minimum of R1000.
