7 KWAZI VILLA'S, Zinkwazi Beach

7 Kwazi Villas is a beautiful, upmarket home with wonderful sea and bay views. The house has been renovated, the style modern and minimalistic with the emphasis on space and comfort. It is located across the road from the beach, with easy access via a walkway to beach. Windows and doors open to allow the feeling of in-door-out-door-living, this also allows for the Ocean breeze to offer cool and fresh relief from the summer.

Many hours bathing in the sun can be spend around the pool (not netted) or relaxing on the large, covered, second level balcony. The pool is private and not shared. The property is secured with beams. The home is not serviced, you may rent a maid from the local cleaning agencies. There is limited parking for 2 cars directly in front of the property, but NO garages are available for use. Braai facilities: built-in gas braai. DSTV & Wi-Fi is provided, 2 TVs with Explora in two separate lounges, one upstairs and one downstairs.

The property sleeps 12 in 5 bedrooms, serviced by 4 full bathrooms. (It is suitable for max 10 adults). All linen is provided, please bring your own towels and beach towels. Bedrooms have large built-in cupboards, hangers and ceiling fans. This unit is double story and is configured as follows.

Downstairs: Pool, guest loo, spacious open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped, all crockery and cutlery are provided, there is a stove, two fridge/ freezers, a dish washer and washing machine (tumble dryer upstairs). 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: 1st bedroom with Queen size bed, on-suite with full bathroom. 2nd bedroom: 2 single beds + 2 pull out beds. A full family bathroom.

Upstairs: 2nd Lounge and dining room. Also, a large patio with braai area. Main bedroom with King size bed, beautiful views and an on-suite full bathroom. 4th bedroom with double bed. 5th bedroom with 2 single beds. A full bathroom shared by bathroom 4 & 5.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Departure cleaning fee. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

PEAK SEASON: Please note the options during the following period: Dec & Jan.

Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 14 nights.
Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 10 nights, these 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 7 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
