"A little noisy on the weekend, other than that a great venue. Chalet clean and staff friendly."

"I loved the lodge and the beautiful forest setting. The food however was extremely disappointing. The service was not up to scratch either. I actually ended up getting sick and I'm sure that the kitchen is not as Sanitory as it should be. When I complained little was done. There was no consistency with the food. I got a plate of prawns that were not cleaned which I had to send back. The waiting staff were not trained properly. On the last night I didn't get much sleep because there were a children in all the rooms around me making a huge noise so management doesn't consider the comfort of a paying guest."

"<p>Klaus the Owner is veryrude and staff are very unhelpful. Very disappointed in Safari to even have a filthy ,unkempt, un-maintained place like this on their books. They fall in the minus 3 out of 10 in my opinion.</p><p></p>"

"Wonderful and helpful staff and a very relaxing atmosphere. Although we only had breakfast this was very good and met all of our tastes"

  • "Over priced"

    19 December 2012

"I left earlier than I should have. I think that this place can and should offer more for the price you pay per day. My tv in lodge only had two channels and was not repaired after 1.5 weeks that it was reported. For this kind of monye there should be dstv with your own smart card. I know that they have said that the fary depends on water levels, you should have told me that the levels were down. You will never see me again."
